I was reminded of when I read The God Delusion recently and although Dawkins critisises religious practices across the board, even those of prehistoric Latin America, he dismisses Buddhism as not being a religion and spends no time upon it at all. I don't know whether he was naive or simply reluctant for some reason to critisise Buddhism and its failings, but either way I was as annoyed as Arther Dent upon looking up 'The Earth' in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, only to find the article simply read 'mostly harmless'.
So I thank you Kornfield for opening a dialogue...
