Yay for nook! I have the nookcolor.... im not sure how to add ppl as your friend on it tho. It says you must have a b&n account.... which i do but, now what? I have alot of books i could lend.

I have a NookColor! I love it! I haven't gotten to use it much though due to the amount of books I still have to read before buying any on the Nook! lol :)

I had as in past tense but no longer... Screen shattered... B&N stated that I can do an exchange but they need to hold $178 on my debit card for 6 to 8 weeks then take $75 out at the end of the time for the exchange.
They state this occurrence does happen if you push the page buttons to hard...

So frustrated & upset...

I have a Nook. Love it! I still love paperbacks, but definitely love my Book!

I have a nook and love it. I download free every friday and there are so many free books on barnes and noble and even on goodreads. I also still have to have books. I love the feel of a book in my hand and certain authors I like to have the actual book.

so how does the friends thing work? Do i give you my e-mail addy and you add me?

I have a Nook, my daughter has two Nooks (just got a color one) my son-in-law and his folks have Nooks...good e-reader and sales also help support one of the remaining brick-and-mortor book stores...an important task!

You should be able to. My friend has one and I let her borrow a book and she let me borrow one as well. The book just has to be a "lend" book.

p.s. with Nook classics you are able to lend!Just go to item details & options and within the new menu you have the option to lend.
