S, J, W -
M, K, W, J - Morlock Night by K.W. Jeter
N, A, C -
If anyone has decided on a word, please let me know. I am planning on stealing one of your words :) Might also check out the nomination threads of previous months. My knowledge of South African words isn't that up to date so that's why.

I used to use it when I was looking for a word to fit the books I wanted to read :)
Lets see, I want to read:
B -Blood Faerie by India Drummond
A -Matched by Ally Condie
A -A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin
S - Spiral X by J. J. Westendarp
Maybe:
Fatal Embrace by Aris Whittier

Fratsongeluk and your Afrikaans would be spot on!

B - Consider Phlebas by Iain M Banks
R - Unbearable Lightness by Portia de Rossi
A - Youth by Isaac Asimov
K - 2 B R 0 2 B by Kurt Vonnegut

I'm afraid you've still got it slightly wrong Katherine. This is the June SA word challenge, so only books completed in June count. However, you can still put May books in the May challenge, where the word was TERT. These won't fit though.
And no, short stories don't count. Or rather, you can use them if you want but it won't count towards finishing the challenge.

N/L/B - The Nine Lives of Chloe King - Liz Braswell
A/G/M - A Game of Thrones
A/J/T - Ashes, Ashes
H/T/C - The High Lord - Jo Treggiari
I'm not sure who wrote The Nine Lives of Chloe King - on Amazon it says Liz Braswell, but here it's Celia Thomson. So to be safe, my word is NAAT.
Naat = a seam / suture / weld

R - Reptile Room - Lemony Snicket
A - A Game of Thrones - George R.R. Martin
W - Wide Window - Lemony Snicket

B - Consider Phlebas by Iain M Banks
R - Unbearable Lightness by Portia d..."
Instructions copied and pasted from above:
You use the first letter of a book you have read in May (A, an, the.. you can leave out). Or you can use the first letter of the Authors name or Surname.
Apologies for the short stories - it's exam time so I'll give myself a break for that.

Luuu, it should say June!

Luuu, it should say June!"
Lol I think most of us have stopped reading it entirely :)
