Sharon we really have to work on your Jacob obsession!
I think that I have to go with Wanda...yes, Bella gave up the human world (getting old, hurting, dying, etc.), but her new world is really not that alien from her old one. Wanda, on the other hand, gave up her entire world, her identity, her fellowship with other souls, her immortality, to be with humans. And, being a soul, she is just so much more selfless and loving than Bella could ever be. She actually thought that she was giving up her life to give Mel's back- I don't think that Bella would ever be able to be quite so generous, unless it was Edward's or Renesmee's life on the line. But actually I think that the two characters are very very similar- perhaps Wanda is the Bella that SM would have made if Bella weren't shackled by human failings...
