Torment discussion

I was just wondering if anyone else thought that Luce was Lucifer I mean think about the similarities between them and all of the angels kind of look up to Luce, Daniel fell for her she likes two guys, Trevor dies cuz of her...idk am I the only one who thinks this anyone else got any opinions I would like to know?

now that you mentioned it..it actually makes sense..since they said that Luce's decision would greatly affect the war happening bet. the angels..or maybe she's like the daughter of Lucifer or something..just conspiring..

Yeh as I said it just kind of clicked that she was lucifer but your right about her being the daughter of lucifer that could also happen...thanks :) to both of you..i appreciate it :D

I'd never thought of it that way before, but it does seem to make sense.

I thought that since Molly meantioned it in the first book.
I also wondered the difference between Cam and Daniel. How is it that one is worse than the other? Aren't they both fallen angels?

I've been wondering the same thing. Could Luce perhaps have been a half mortal? Could she be Lucifer's daughter? Maybe she must choose her own path & that may be why so much is at stake with her decisions? Could it possibly have fallen to her?? SO many possibilities.

That conclusion really makes sense. The both possibilities are probable. I'm pretty sure that something is wrong with Luce because Daniel won't hesitate that much to choose Heaven. I think that she is bad (something evil) without realising it. That's why Daniel doesn't tell her much about the past. He loves her very much. If he chooses Heaven in the future battle, he'll have to leave her. That's makes the decision hard for him.

i hope she's lucifer's kid cuz that would make the book soooooo much more dramatic! plus i think she has wings of her own in torment it said "Luce's shoulders began to itch, a hot prickling that left the rest of her body cold." could it be possible that SHE has wings?!

I think Luce is something else. With all that happened in both Fallen and Torment, Luce is not likely to be a mere human. But I do not know this, not until I read more in Passion.

I doubt that she is Lucifer.
Lucifer is the head of fallen angels, with all kind of demons as his follower. Cam is one of the dark side. If Luce is Lucifer, Cam should have known that. And Daniel as a high angel would remain in dark should he leave heaven for a Lucifer.

Maybe her first incantation, the one where Daniel first fell in love with her, she was half bad angel, half good angel. Or something...

And now in this version, Luce has very very diluted down angel blood from these parents. Not enough for her parents ever to be involved in the angel fight but enough so that Luce can knowingly interact with Announcers and whatnot.

I don't. Deep golden hair suits his perfect skin. And the eyes....! Daniel is sublimely gorgeous.

I think Daniel is bad enough. He left the big H for love. He did not care for any girls before he met Luce. On the other side, Cam is a bad one. One gorgeous bad angel. He has too many dark side that Luce could never tame. Gabby is his perfect match.

So far Molly doesn't have any good side. Gabby has, so she could drag Cam to a brighter side. I also love Gabby's personality. Shelby?? Oh my. Shelby is a jealous and liar girl. She does not bother telling Luce the truth about her evil lies regarding her 'relationship' with Daniel, even after she considers Luce as her good friend.
Shelby should be with Miles, or she could meet her demise anytime in any possible ways....

Daniel did not reveal anything to Luce but he did not lie either. I assume it has something to do with certain regulation. an awful thing might occur to its violation. Luce might die or what.
Luce is not the only one suffering for that. Daniel is too.

And I could not really consider Luce as a poor one in Torment. She enjoyed Miles' attention although she regret it afterwards. Daniel has always been the faithful one and was in deep pain because of Luce's doubts. Luce doesn't really deserve him.

I was more annoyed by Shelby and Miles. Shelby was like the worst character in the series. And Miles was not good enough for the competition. Cam was perfect and much more beautiful to be replaced by Miles.

Torment was killing me. I had the urge of throwing the book while reading it.

I have thought this from the first book! I mean the name is enough; Luce... Lucifer.. And then yeah, about Cam and Daniel having followed Luce had she fallen first as per Lucifer. This is interetsing haha.

This is an interesting topic.. I've thought about this before, and it is a good posibility that Luce is either Lucifer or a daughter/granddaughter/offspring of Lucifer. This could also be the reason that there are so many 'people' who want to kill her.

Conclusion: Luce could be related to Lucifer..

Lucinda is her name for this time. She was not Lucinda Price before. And I could not imagine calling Lucifer Luce...:)

But well, everything is still blurry. Can't wait for Passion! It's June!

it's not just you, i thought the same thing when i was reading it, it all seems to add up

i thought her name was always lucinda? like that time she was lucy and now she's luce.

Also back to the discussion, I agree that there is some connection. I think there is some dark side of Luce that is related to Lucifer and has the potential to start the biggest immortal war of all time!!

Maybe, just maybe she is somehow related to Lucifer? I don't think that she is Lucifer, because you know, wasn't he a guy angel before he fell? So yeah, I mean it would clear up why they are trying to protect her, and why everyone thinks that she is their key into Heaven, but I don't know.

Honestly these books are a bunch of garbage and they are draw out. Luce reminds me too much of Bella for it to be a coincidence. On the lucifer note: luce, LUCifer...hmm. Yeah she is, something alright

Wow, that is really interesting that you mention that! I mean, lucifer is supposed to be a fallen angel, so what if luce is lucifer female version who fell, but then was reincarnated. It would make sense why her being with daniel would be such a big deal and would cause war. I can't wait to read passion now!! Only a few more weeks, maybe we'll find out!
