I feel mellow and content. Had spinach/ricotta cheese ravioli in spicy bechamel sauce last night for supper.

wishing I had more disposable income to spend on books. Hmmm. Do I REALLY need to eat?

depressed. another migraine. sigh. oh well, it won't kill me. wonder if it is connected to the high humidity today?

making a list of books I want to buy in July. wish I had more money. maybe if I just ate cereal and 1% milk and strawberries all month....do I really need to eat? sigh.

I am soooooooooooooooo TIRED! SLEEP! I NEED SLEEP! I'm doing Work Experience and it is so tiresome.

started supper last night. migraine hit in the middle and I went to lie down for just a few minutes and fell asleep! burnt supper. first time in 20 years! It was just so bad...better this morning but I am so embarrassed! ...will give up some food treats this month so I can buy more books instead. books first. food second.

I have a possibility of visiting my son in San Francisco in late July. A friend needs a housesitter for a week or so and my son is trying to find some flights out that he can afford. I'll only have to pay for my food. Hope that dream comes true.

today I have another migraine. sigh. And my left knee is sore again today. However, I am up and relatively functional: just a little slower physically and mentally. I am used to feeling only 50% ok. I've been coping with these frequent,chronic migraines since 1977. My grandmother said the best way to not feel pain was to keep busy as possible.

Yeah. My mum says that which is why I keep doing things when I'm sick and at home instead of school. My sickness just blows over after a few hours.

another day, another migraine, bursitis today. oh well. I breathe easily. pain reminds me I am still alive. It won't kill me. I refuse to just lie in bed thinking of how much everything hurts. that way lies misery. grey skies and misty today. the low pressure system is supposed to move out soon so that should help a bit.

I so hope you get better.

migraines every day for 2 weeks now mostly due to TMJ problems. sigh. But beautiful weather here: sunny, very warm (82-90).

Well, I finally put it in writing so to speak. The "highlights" (ha ha) of the disaster that was my abusive first marriage posted on facebook. I've told parts of my story here and there over the years. This time I told 80% of it. Some of it I forget (and maybe that is a good thing, to let the past swallow it). But most of it is there. It only took me 34 years after the end of that marriage to put it in writing. I feel lighter.
