Interruptions abound in the novel, the most profound being the "interruption" of the news of Septimus' death at Clarissa's party. Would anyone like to explore how this works in the novel? I'm certain that it's been explored elsewhere. I have some ideas (that internal/external worlds thing, that 'soul' business).

Anyway, you are very cordially invited to interrupt this solitary musing.
