Duration- August 1st - 31st
•Rules and Instructions•
•There will be 9 Catagories to choose from, plus a few bonuses options. You will pick you level of difficulty, and then choose the catagories you want, and find a book that matches the requirements of the catagory. *The Bonus's can be used in replace of a catagory, or as an extra bonus to the challenge.
•There will be 3 levels of Difficulty for you to choose from:
♥Easy- 3 Books
♥♥Medium- 6 Books
♥♥♥Hard- 9 Books
•You can only use books that have been read during the month of the challenge. It CAN be a re-read as long as it is re-read during the challenge month.
•You may change, add to your list at anytime. You may also change the level of difficulty at anytime.
•Please post the cover of the book if your category choice has something to do with the cover.
•When you finish a book please:
*Strike it out
*Post the date that you finished it
*Please give a rating from 1-5. 1 being it sucked and 5 being you totally loved it.

For these Catagories Choose a Book that....
1.Read Her Name: S- Title begins with S OR Authors first or last name begins with S.
2.Title: Only Mine- There is a possesive character OR the characters mate for life as part of their genetic make-up.
3.Series: Fool's Gold- Cover is Gold or Bright Yellow OR Character looses a lot of money during the book.
4.Theme: Adoption- Character is adopted or adopts a child OR Character finds their family late in life.
5.Location: Sunny California- Book is set in California OR a town that is Small Town USA type
6.Characters: Dakota/Finn- Characters first name can start with a D or F OR Character has extreme sense of responsiblity OR Character is dealing with immense greif.
7.Covers: Beaches & Bonfires- Cover can be Red, Orange, or have Fire on it OR Cover can have a beach scene.
8.Something About Susan: Her Poodle Nikki!!- Dog is an important part of story line OR Cover has a dog OR there is a Shifter that is canine bases (wolf, dog, coyote).
9.August Challenge!: Twins Day!-(there are lots of twins and triplets in this book so this is perfect! There are siblings that are multiples (2,3,4...) OR the author was born in May or June (making them a Gemini).

•Group Read: Our Group Read this month is...wait for it....ONLY MINE!
•If You Like This Then You Will Like: Choose a book that is Similar (you need to add how it is similar in your list)

Here's my list so far! Also, above where you show people how to slash something out, it only shows what to do at the beginning, maybe add too so they know? Otherwise the whole thing will be slashed out (which I've done, a lot! haha). Also, I like the challenge! :) I'm excited about it!For now I'll be doing the Easy level + 1 bonus. This is just for now since I'm not sure how busy I'll be with looking for jobs and my new apartment and what not, but here is my list so far!

A little about the upcoming challenge and the future challenges....
Each Month there will be a new monthly challenge, and each month the challenge will be based on a book, character, or series from the Susan Mallery collection! There will by 9 Categories-
1.Read Her Name: Each month we will use a letter from Susan's Name
2.Title: The title of the book will be used for the choices in the category
3.Series: The theme or title of the series will be used for the choices in the category
4.Theme: An underlying theme will be picked from the book and used to choose category choices
5.Location: Either the city, town, country, state..ect will be used for the category choice
6.Characters: Something about the characters will be used, whether their names, or personalities or a physical feature, to choose the category choices
7.Covers: An element from the cover will be used for the category choice.
8.(____)Monthly Challenge: Something that has to do with that month will be picked for category, example- August is 4th is National Twins Festival Day
9. Something About Susan: Each month a new fact or tidbit about Suan will be used for category choices
Bonus Options
•Group Read: You can choose to read whatever book we are using for the group read
•If You Like this Then you'll Like This: You can choose a books that is simlar to the Month's book choice. (You will have to explain how it is similar)
•We ♥ Suan Mallery: Choose to read any of Susan's back list of books!
Even though it will be the same 9 categories the choices will change every month due the differnt Books/Series they will be based on!
You will be able to use books from any author, or genre (unless the category is specific to an author or genre) but the over all theme will be Susan and her books! We are after all the We ♥ Susan Mallery group!
