Now I'm going to go on a promotion rant here, but check this out: http://book-spark.blogspot.com/2011/0...

I know! I was sad. I haven't watched the second episode yet. I've heard VD is completely different from the books, but the show is much better than the books.

Thanks for that :D

VD= no comment

Dont even get me started.

@Jenn: go ahead and rant all you want, I'll join you for sure!"
It is - I know it is but I don't wanna say for fera of lowering the tone :P
Jenn - general consensus is that you must now rant *grabs popcorn and front row seat* I'm ready!
We're all set Jenn How 'bout you? By the way, you guys, she's already done it once on my blog: http://book-spark.blogspot.com/2011/0...

I felt the exact same thing with the first two episodes but I liked the third, I always like the stories from the past! And I totally agree about Damon. Love the guy!!! <3
I'm guess I'm the only one here who doesn't watch this show! Ha ha. I feel like the proverbial elephant in the room. I'm not a big TV person, though. I'd rather watch movies, though I do love crime shows...and I loved LOST (up until the last season or so)...
Is that random enough?
Is that random enough?

I am a huge fan of CSI: Las Vegas, that's my crime show. And I watched LOST up until the 5th season, then I just got bored and gave up on it.

@Veronica: My favorite crime show is probably NCIS. Or one of the Law and Orders. It used to be Monk, but then they killed it...I'm also a fan of Psyche. ;) And yes, they ruined the last few seasons of LOST. They kind of just gave up on it.
@Amy: That looks...weird. Interesting, maybe, but weird. And a bit cheap, too. Hmmm...maybe I'll watch it, but I don't have high hopes, either.

Wow, thanks for letting me know. I had no idea about this show, and I really loved the trailer. Now I'll put it on my list of shows I watch! :)

That's nice. I want a handmade quilt too. How will it be?

It started off with just asking my grandma if she could make me one but now I've decided it's something I wouldn't mind learning to do :)
How will it be...? It'll be big enough for my double bed, if that's what you were asking. I want it done in a more traditional style/colours but I'm insisting that one of the themes be done in the Stewart tartan (family name) as it's also favourite colours ;D

That's exactly what I mend! :) I think it will be lovely. Make sure to upload a photo of it when it's done.

Woo! Psychic powers rock ;P
I hope it'll be lovely - it's going to take a while to do but it's going to be my quilt forever 'n' ever 'n' ever :D There will be pics uploaded next year once it's done - can't even start it until my cast's off :(

lol :P
Why are you wearing a cast? What happened?

Erm, I decided to make friends with a railing when I was cycling - it wasn't so friendly, didn't even want to shake hands :(

Jeez, you need to be more careful with your friendships... :P

I know, sometimes I'm just too friendly for my own good ;P Next time I'll just stick to te trees instead ;D

That must hurt too...:P

To be fair it was another human's fault I crashed - she walked out directly in front of my front tyre (facing me dead on) w/out giving me space or time to do anything but swerve :( Pillows would be much nicer I suppose ;D

Yeah, it was her fault! Pedestrians sometimes are the worst,I hsould know, I am one too...:P

Oooh, you're bad ;) I joke, she was a one off - I usually can deal with most pedestrians but that was idiocy personified! To top it all off - the 6 army guys did nothing but smirk and carry on walking - grrr!!

It was, I thought they were all trained in first aid too! They let a poor gal try and continue cycling home with a broken bone in her hand/wrist - how totally un-chivalrous of them :(

That is awful! I hope it heal soon. I have never have a broken bone, so I can't sympathize, but I'm more than sure that it isn't fun.
I think we should gang up on those awful army men. Ha ha.

I'm in a happy mood today, I'm not too sure why- it's a case of October acting like October and making plans to meet up with friends.
Who else is in a happy mood? Do you have a reason behind it? What puts you in a smiley/bouncy mood?

I'm always in a happy mood! Almost...even if I almost destroyed the book I am reading (I had a coffee incident)
I went out shopping today, I only bought a shirt, but the new tourists' group are in town and I like watching them walking aroun in the city...:)

I've never had curry. Hope you enjoyed it! :)
I'm in a happy mood as well. It's getting a little bit colder here in the sunshine state (Florida...ugh...), and I actually got to wear a sweater last night (yay!).
