Well, in that case, I'll read (as long as I can find a copy of el libro)...what is with me and Spanish today?!

Hey I would love to buddy read...the three books I have to read right now are Anna and the French Kiss, another Anna, but this one is Dressed in Blood and the Body Finder.

ok Lila I am giving you a head start. I have to read the body finder first, and anna the french kiss. I should start anna dresse by the end of the week.

Anagha hopefully that will get you some time to find them at die Bibliotech...some German for ya...or el libro... Lila Potugese please...

el libro en la biblioteca (I think that's Spanish) lol so similar to Portuguese!

So what's buddy reading about exactly? Surely it must be more than just reading the same book as another person at the same time?
If not or even if it is - once I've finished current book, 'Sisters Brothers', would anyone want to buddy-read Snowdrops with me?

It's kind of like this, you read the same book as someone else and wile you read you get to talk about it step by step and change ideas and theories and then you discover some things you didn't notice before but this other person did and vice versa,, its fun =D
this books sounds cool,, if I have time (ewww,, school and work sucks) and I can get the book, I'll read with U =D

Ah, thanking you kindly for the explanation - I've usually just devoured books on my lonesome so this sounds quite good :)

It does sound like a good book, and I still have a fair amount of the current book to get through yet so if you want to join me you still time to find/get the book :D This'll be book 4 of 6 for my Man Booker Prize challenge :)

yes it is,, a lot of words are simmilar in spanish and portuguese,, and some has a tottaly different meaning,,, so that can be a problem,,
like the word in portuguese "embaraçada" = embarrassed
in spanish there is the word "embarazada" = pregnant

so,, if you mix those two that can be really awkward in a conversation LoL

Hi guys :) I am currently reading the Pride series and then when I get back from holidays on 17th October, I'm ganna start on the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews. Anyone wanna buddy read with me then? It will be my first - I'm a buddy read virgin :D

I didn't know Red Riding Hood was a book! I loved the movie!!

Anagha I have to read three books (prior commitments) but maybe after that we can plan a book to read. I am not familiar with the Gone series. Is it any good? Jodie I might be able to read with you in October if I get caught up on my commitments in time.

ok,, from those I've read U guys talk about, some are in my TBR list like Red Riding Hood and the Kate Daniels,,I actually had started to read Magic bites, but I will be honest, those chapters are soooooooo long and I don't know, the things magic and vamp and werewolf,, I don't know, I can be wrong cose I only read like 3 chap, but it sounded a little farfetched for me,,the Gone series, is it any good?

Oh my goodness if you haven't read the Gone series, you're missing out!!! I'm reading the first one and they are as good or better than the Hunger Games!! Just. So . Good! I haven't been really addicted to reading in a while, but I can't put it down! I read during lunch and during class oh my I love it! Unrestrained gushing over.

I don't have sleepwalkers. How is the Alice Hoffman? I read Practical Magic last week and ended up hating it!

What about the Caster Chronicles? I still need to read A Beautiful Darkness before bk 3 comes out in three weeks. I also need to read A Clockwork Angel.

You should totally request it if still available! I read the first two pages to see how it was and I was totally intrigued!! The Dovekeepers is amazing! It feels like one of those classics sometimes, but it really breaks my heart and I love it with every progressing chapter (:

Sorry Hay, I don't think I'll able to. I still have other books to finish and this one looks like it needs some serious attention while reading it and that's not the kind of commitment I can make right now. I'm afraid that if I read it with other books it wont be as good and I'll end up not liking it as much and it does look like a good read, so i'll put on hold for some other time.
But I'll be waiting your review on it =D

I don't have Net Galley yet my blog is not ready. So I can't get any of those books. I won't have my blog ready probably until the end of October. I probably won't start Netgalley until Jan. I read that publishers usually want your blog to be established before they approve you. Any advice for filling in the profile when I get to it? I also want to wait because I really really need to get caught up on my TBR pile. After Anna Dressed in Blood and Smoke and Bone I need to read Hush Hush series, Iron Fey 2-4 and Caster's Chronicles those are my upcoming reads so if anyone is reading any of these let me know.

I would be willing to read a book with someone granted that I already own the book.

SnowDrops looks really good but I don't have it.

I don't think you have t o have a blog to get approved for some titles. And you can mention in the company any schools, libraries, companies, or publishing groups you are affiliated with. Also, you should mention in the bio your blog and Twitter followers and fav genres :)

I do have The Sleepwalkers on my TBR list is anyone wants to read that one together?
It will probably be the next book I read after the two I am currently reading.
