Okay, if...no, I am going to think positive;}} WHEN Unlovable is made into a movie, who should play the leads(Maggie, Seth, Cole, and Booker??)

Okay, I'll tell you my Seth to start this off... Zac Efron. I know, he is way too short, but I recently saw an interview of him and was so impressed I thought..He is Seth! He just needs someone to help him with his hair...poor guy!

Perhaps Josh Duhamel for Booker

I was thing him for that! Or maybe even as Cole! I've seen him act soft and sweet before in a movie and it was very endearing! How about Ryan Reynolds for Booker??

Iam thinking Amanda Seyfried as Maggie and Josh Hartnett for either Seth or Booker

I love Josh Hartnett and when you said as Seth I could definitely see it!

I thought about Josh Duhamel for Cole, but I just really see him in a uniform ;-) And his sweet side he shows in Life as We Know it made me think of Booker and his subtle sweet side we get a glimpse of in the book :-) I'm still thinking on Maggie's role...Amanda Seyfried seems a little too old and don't know if she could pull of the heroin chiche, but I do love Josh Hartnett, but think it would have to be for one of the older guys cause I think he might be too old for Seth

Paul as Cole?? I've never heard of him. I looked up his pic...He is way cute... I think he would make a great Cole...if he can act! I would hate to have someone who can't act (AKA Kristen Stewart)play in the movie.;}}

I have not seen her in anything, but she does look like she would be a good Maggie(judging from the movie stills on IMDB with Taylor Launter.) As long as she can act, she just may be the one!!

Booker - Ryan Reynolds or Joe Manganiello (i like Joe better).
Cole - Ryan Gosling or Ian Somerhalder
Seth - Ryan Kwanten or Alex Pettyfer
Maggie - i have three Deborah Ann Woll or Zooey Deschanel (she has brown hair and blue eyes) or Mila Kunis (my vote goes for Mila i know she doesn't have blue eyes but i can see her as Maggie more than the other two.)
what do you guys think?

Jenny, I wouldn't cry if Joe played Booker! As for Cole... I'm still liken Paul Walker.
Alex Pettyfer as Seth!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lovin' that. I thought he would make a good Seth as I watched I Am Four.

BUT Mila Kunis would make a PERFECT Delilah Lopez Dreser!! OMGosh! Dead on! Short, pretty brown skin,and Drop dead gorgeous!!
I don't really care if the hair and eye colors are off, I want the actors to embody the character. I feel the Twilight movies would have been 800 times better if they didn't worry so much about dying everyone's hair and Just got actors who could act!

Okay so a new candidate popped in my head today which means I have to switch a few things around. I really thought I was set for wanting Josh Duhamel as Booker, but the more I think about it the more I can see him playing the one with the softer side, but more importantly the awkward clutzy side of Cole (I think you were right Sherry). His replacement for Booker is what caused me to see the error of my ways ;-) For Booker...Chris Hemsworth. I can't believe I didnt think of him before.

I think that would be an amazing cast. I can totally see Josh Duhamel as Booker he would be perfect!!!

Unfortunately, I can only take credit for Cole, Maggie came up with the rest, that girl should be a casting director!! I was just putting it together to see how it sounds

Okay, the second picture was definitely much hotter :-) I'm just not as physically attracted to him as some of the others and the way Maggie (even though she is 110% in love with Seth) goes on and on about how hot Booker is. I'm thinking wow...he must be something. I stand firm on my Maggie choice and keep going back and forth with Josh Duhamel; Cole? Booker?...Booker? Cole? I love Paul Walker; I have been a huge fan since one of his first movies Meet the Deedles. I had the biggest crush through out highschool...I just don't see him as Cole. I'm still thinking about my top choice for Seth. I love, love, love Zac Efron and Alex Pettyfer has been my new obsession since his last two movies; I just don't get the Seth vibe from them...Don't know what it is. Hmmmmmm

I like both for Seth..zac and Alex..but zac is too short so far Alex wins. or how about paul for seth? And Maggie is lily! Agreed!

U r 2 funny! Hannah is too soft spoken..how about jane lynch from glee?

Jane Lynch is way too funny to take seriously; too many hilarious Sue moments branded in the brain! And lets not forget the potential of unknown actors; there could be a Seth somewhere out there just waiting to be discovered!

When this DOES get made into a movie, I really think you need to make sure your contract says something about you being able to appoint a creative director (me of course). Making sure they cast properly and make sure the integrity of the book is protected. Now, I don't really have much, ok...no movie experience, but I too am just waiting to be discovered ;-)

I love this!!! I totally agree Lilly Collins for Maggie, Alex Pettyfer for Seth, Paul Walker for Cole, and Chris Hemsworth for Booker. I would love to see Jane Jynch for Maggie's mother. She would be awesome!

Hi Michelle! I agree with everyone you said, except I am sticking to Karl Urban for Booker. I am also thinking more Demi Moore now as the mom! She looks more like Lilly Collins too.

Oh my goodness i can totally see Karl Urban as Booker!! I would be happy with either him or Josh Duhamel.

Me too!! He was sooo funny in the Star Trek movie.. Sarcastic all the way...much like Booker!

I know!! He's in the movie RED too and he's a CIA agent in it and he has some pretty funny moments in it too. Plus you get to see you with a gun and in a suit. Can you say Booker please?!

I can see Lucy Hail as Maggie and Renee Zelwiger as the mom, but I can't see Lucas as Cole but what about Channing Tatum as Seth? I can see Jansen as Cole.

NOt keen on Renee Zelwiger, still prefer Demi Moore. Tatum is a good choice for Seth, can he play tender?? he may be better as Cole?? not sure, but he is cute. And agree with you on Lucas, not seeing it!
