I couldn't find any information when I looked, and I must say I've never posted any books.
I'd suggest restarting your computer, also make sure you saved the writing fully, and clicked what ever publishing buttons you needed to.
To see if it might have made it onto the site, just not your profile, try searching the title you chose in the search bar in the top right of the purple header that says: "google custom search" in the bar. This will bring up all the stories with the title or key word you searched and you can check if yours is there.
