I loved this book so much; I can't say enough good things about it. This book literally changed the way I think about body image and food - in a good way! I think Portia is one of the most inspiring people for so many reasons. Plus, I loved her in Arrested Development! I would recommend this book to pretty much everyone. It was such a journey, and I felt as though I was on that journey with her. A must-read!
