So because of what the tributes said during the Arena we are going to have another arena! The capital will not take such disrespect!! Family memebers and friends of the tributes will die!! Next to the dead character will be some type of person (family, friend etc.) they will be the person who you must build a character around. Toker, the victor, is being counted! If you want to join and you didn't have a character in 28, then maybe just ask the person, or me, to see if they are going to be coming back.

Personality: She used to be happy, bright, normal girl. But when she was 11, her brother Darius got cancer. When she turned 12, her best friend Liss died in the Hunger Games. When she was 13, her sister Bree was chosen for the Hunger Games. During that time, Darius died. Kat was starting to lose faith in everything. Except Bree. A couple weeks after Kat turned 14, Bree died in the Games. Now, Katarina is silent, sullen, and pushes people away from her. She doesnt want to be hurt again.

Hopes: To live, for Alice. She promised she would be there for Alice, and she'll try hard for that to last

Appearance:
Skills: Knives and daggers are his specialty. He is also really fast and good with concealment. Extremely perceptive.
Personality: Although he hated Aaron, he really isn't a bad guy. He's kind of intimidating, which puts people off. Luke is friendly, funny and charming. He doesn't talk about his history or anything personal. He is great at hiding how he really feels and acts lighthearted and carefree, but is actually kind of messed up.
Strategies: Ally with a couple of reliable people, but don't get too attached to anyone.
Hopes: To get this over with quickly. Obviously he wants to win, but if he dies, he wants it to be fast.
Other: Luke isn't really sure how he feels about Aaron's death. He definitely hated him while he lived across the street from him, but Luke isn't sure he hated Aaron enough to be glad he died. Luke and Aaron used to be best friends. They were inseperable until they were about ten. That's when Luke's parents died. Aaron had everything that Luke wanted. He had parents, was constantly surrounded by friends and admirers and was overall the perfect son. Luke tried to worm his way back into Aaron's life, but Aaron had better things to do. When he was fourteen, Luke tried to take his own life, but Aaron stopped him. That's what really sparked the intense hatred. Luke would have rather died than live in Aaron's shadow.

Skills: Axes and swords. She is a great climber and is a lot stronger than she looks. Not too bad at hand to hand combat either.
Strategies: Safety in numbers. Be part of a large alliance and end up being the last one standing, no matter the cost.

Appearance: Annika is like Althea's mini-me. She has long, straight black hair that she almost always keeps up in a sleek ponytail. Her wide, innocent blue eyes make her appear a couple years younger then she actually is. Although she is tall for her age, she does not look any older then she is.
Personality: Tough, caring, sweet, and intelligent. A lot stronger mentally then her sister was.
Skills: Knife work, acting, survival in the wild

Other: Annika has been fending for herself ever since Althea left for the Games, and now that Althea is dead, she is completely alone.

Appearance: Curly, golden-brown hair, that she tries hard to keep un-frizzed. Darker skin than her sister's, a fine caramel color. Pale, purple-grey eyes under high brown eyebrows. Melody is about 5'2", and 114lbs.
Personality: Sparky, jumpy, friendly. Three words that barely describe Melody's bursting personality. Her mind flickers from decision to decision, alighting on one only long enough to convince her to change again. She's a friendly, but not necessarily trusting, person, who would love an ally just as much as a friend.
Skills: Accuracy, Sneak.
Proficiency(s): Longsword, dagger, hand crossbow.

Up at the top, you can see the orignal tributes (names listed first) and if you choose a tribute, (not one that has been taken, i'd recpmend d. 3 Matt, d. 12 Althea, or d.10 Georgie.) After the tributes name, there is a 'person' (sister, best friend etc.). You then make a tribute based on that person.

Does that make sense??

Appearance: She has waist length fiery orange hair, that is mostly straight. She usually wears it in a Dutch braid or bun. She has vivid purple eyes, an odd thing. Her family has no idea where they came from, but she loves em. Freckles spot her pale face. She is pretty pale, not from staying inside, she was always outside, but because it is extremely hard for her to tan. She is pretty muscular, well, all muscle. She is 5'4" and you could say linky.

Personality: Proud, tomboy, Fierce, but kind, and she will probably surprise me in the rp.

Skills: she is good at shooting, and hand to hand. She can also run swiftly, and is as quiet as a mouse.

Hopes: she wanted to live a normal life, and hurt President Snow.

Other: her token is a choker made of leather, with what looks like a smoldering ember on it.
