Basically they are people/kids who have powers but the 3 main powers are telepathy, clairvoyance, and clairvoyance.
Telepathy: The transference of thoughts or feelings between two or more subjects through the mind
Clairvoyance: The ability to gain information about an object, person, location or physical event through means
other than the known human senses
