I found it a little slow moving in parts, but it did give a good picture of Poland in World War II through the flashbacks, and had a good twist at the end.

I read it and enjoyed it - have been to Poland. Yes it was a bit slow in parts but overall enjoyed it - good description of England too.

Connie  G (connie_g) | 934 comments Phillipines Before Ever After by Samantha Sotto. This book was set in Spain, England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, and the Phillipines. I'm choosing the Phillipines since the author is from that country.
