While I was looking at it, I thought I would have another look at my review. I was surprised to see it was not there. Then I remembered that in the past, reviews did not necessarily transfer over to other 'Zon sites. I was able to repost from .com to .co.uk, for what it is worth. It never occurred to me to check if my reviews had been replicated to other sites.
If this is the case with anyone else for whom I have written a review, please let me know and I will rectify...

My pleasure, Katie. I was surprised to see it hadn't replicated there. Really, Amazon knows very well how to automate something like that, and it should be a no-brainer that they would. It's not that I wrote the review(s) years ago before the UK site was established.
Off to send a note to customer service...
