Julie | 83 comments Hi Brenda, I am new to your challenge group. I haven't done a challenge like this before, so I am eager to try it out. I just hope my schedule cooperates with me...it has been a bit hectic lately. Anyway, I am excited to give it a try.

I think I will start January's young adult genre with:

Into the Wild by Sarah Beth Durst
Into the Wild

Phyllis I would love to join your challenge. I want to start with: Modelland (Modelland, #1) by Tyra Banks

Looks like good choices. I am going to start with a book by Jennifer Donnelly because she is one of my favorite authors. It is Revolution. This book was on several of the best young adult best of lists. Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly

The cover looks very interesting. Have you started to read it yet?

I am still reading Revolution and still really like it a lot. On my blog you will find a bookmark and a chart to print out if you would like.

I will also be posting on Saturday a review from someone participating in the Challenge. Angie has read her two books for January already and written a review for each which I will share on Saturday on my blog.

Check it out at

Until next time, keep reading those Young Adult books toward the challenge. Hopefully you will write a review so that we can what you thought with others!!!

I am about half way through it. I hope to have it finished in the next couple of days. I am really enjoying it so far.

Julie | 83 comments I am waiting for my second YA book to come in, the sequel to Into the Wild. It should be here soon.

Out of the Wild by Sarah Beth Durst
Out of the Wild

For now I am going to read

The Witches (Puffin Novels) by Roald Dahl
The Witches

message 12: by Phyllis (new)

Phyllis I am still reading. Modelland is taking me longer because I have put it down and read other things and then come back to it. I will finish it, but will not have it done by tomorrow.
