Where do you live? How many languages do you speak? What is your favorite food? Your favorite thing to do? etc. etc.

I live in a Chicago suburb, IL, USA, The World.

I was born in India though. If you look at a map of India, you'll find the northern half labeled "Utter Pradesh." Both of my parents grew up somewhere there. We're Hindus, which most kids in my class tease me for. But then I tell them that they were yawning while singing the Pledge of Allegiance, and in India if you do that while singing their anthem you get whipped. That kept them in shock. Now I have fun telling them stuff like that >=D


My favorite food is "dosa" which is a fried burrito filled with seasoned potatoes and always served with hot soup. It's like a hit in Indian resteraunts. I can eat five in one go (sorry for bragging XD)

Yeah, I was thinking about this last night and realized I had jumped to conclusions. Just because you're Asian doesn't mean you live there. Sorry about that.

But it's really cool that you were born in India! How long did you live there?

My corner...Idaho. Normally we have snow in, oh, October, but this year we STILL don't have any that stays over night. Ugh! Oh well. :(
I went snowboarding yesterday, there's a ski hill really close to my house. It was so much fun!
My favorite food is probably my mom's homemade bread...mmmmmmm. :) But I'd like to try dosa sometime. It sounds good!

I did my cultural fair report on India. (the cultural fair is something we do in sixth grade. we research a country of our choice, prepare a presentation, all that good stuff. :P) I think it's a really interesting place! I'd love to hear some more "stuff like that"! (If you don't mind, of course :P)

I was 6 months old when i moved here! well, i lived in wisconsin for 6 years, then we came to IL when i was 6, and then moved here, where we've lived for 5 years. Next year it'll be six! XD XD XD

SAME HERE!!! Chicago had bad blizzards last year. There would be three feet of snow on the ground daily and there'd be snow days and we'd be drinking mugs of hot chocolate in our Christmas sweaters =) The good times. But this year we've got like three snowfalls in total. One day in January was FIFTY-FIVE DEGREES!! Talk about global warming (grumble grumble)

I love homemade stuff =) Bread is yummy. But homemade cookies and apple pie are like worth dying 4.

:D I live in Las Vegas (the famous one). It's not ALL city. The part I live in is the local neighborhood section with houses and schools and stuff. ^-^

I speak English. I can UNDERSTAND vietnamese but I can't speak it. I know, THAT'S SO WEIRD, but it's because when I hear something, I can translate it. But when I try to say something, I get tongue twisted and I can't think of how to translate my english thoughts into viet. It's a one-way language thing for me.

I know some spanish. I'm better at reading and writing it than speaking it. But I can say...ME GUSTA BAILAR!
I'm taking French in junior year! ^-^
I can speak a little japanese. I'm still working on understanding it though. ANIME FOREVAR!!!
I know JUST A LITTLE BIT of Korean. JUST THE TINIEST BIT!!

OHMIGOSH! Have u read this book called "Speak"? It's by Laurie Halse Anderson. I finished it today and it's a five star book. The ending was so scary and good and FLIPPINTASTIC!

I was seeing some of them. They sound really good, and if I had the time I'd love to sit back and read them. But unfortunately I have to get to all that homework eagerly waiting to mentally murder me.

I will. But sometime tommorow I'll read those chapters. I was intrigued into reading the first few paragraphs and I must say it's a special plot. Well, off I go!

I live in Clinton, Utah...boring place...ghetoy schools...yeah. I speak English, some Spanish, a few words in French, I can say 'hi' in Japanese or something like that, and ig pay atin lay! (Pig Latin)
ME GUSTA MUSICA!!!! I can totally relate Theresa!! I can't LIVE without my mp3!!! Some seventh grader broke mine once...I was mentally insane until Christmas. I love to write (mostly fanfics, but I do have a few novels I'm writing), I love to sing, I fail at dancing, I'm kind of...perezoso...mi no es travieso...hehe. No te gusta quehaceres!!! Es aburrido!! (Translation: Lazy...I'm not hard working...I don't like chores! They're boring!) hehe, e may ike lay ig pay atin lay oo tay. (Translation: I like pig lating too) :)
hehe...oh and I slam into my computer screen everytime I see a Sonic character...probably why I go blonde sometimes. Heehee.

I live in a small town in north Carolina. I speak English and barely any Spanish. I love music, writing, and dancing. I actually take dance class! I've learned lyrical, gymnastics(yeah I know it's not dance but still), ballet, jazz, and hip hop. I've even been told I'm good! Right now I'm listening to Kelly clarkson through the floor. I will be going to Florida tomorrow so I won't be able to post. :,( but, I do get to see my little 5 month old cousin!!!! :):):) and kalya- I total relate! I'm lazy and I hate chores, too!! I'm blonde, but not dumb. I'm weird (and proud) and I love chocolate and McDonald chocolate milkshakes.

Oh, and I'm very violent and I like sharp pointy things. (not joking). >:D

I live in Indiana, U.S.! You know where they had the SUPERBOWL this year! whoo ho! I was born in the U.S., but my ethnicity is Palestinian. It's really boring in this state, but still i plan on traveling the world, perhaps going cliff diving?? So no worries with my boredom ;D

I am obviously fluent in English.
I can read, write(in about 3 fancy styles), understand arabic, and speak just a bit
I understand about 70% japanese, and i can come up with quite a few sentences
I can finger spell in ASL although i need to learn gestures for words:/ or at least more
I really want to learn other languages, but i don't have many resources available, i wanna try GERMAN!

i can spel in ASL also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D I actully have a deaf friend I talk to every (okay not every but yeah) Tuesday at dance ^^ its soooo much fun :D and I bet Indiana is more fun than Idaho
