TheThirdLie Same for me, though I can't specifically say Storm Front - it was really the entire (or what had been released so far) Dresen Files. I read the first book and then up through 10, I believe, in a matter of a couple weeks. After that I've just been consuming books in,the UF genre.

I don't know if it's surprising or not, but it's still my favorite series.

TheThirdLie I read, and enjoyed, Welcome to the Jungle. I thought it was a pretty interesting little extra. I've read the Storm Front comic as well. Seeing the visualization of the series has me yearning for a good TV adaptation of the books though.

Esmeralda (nena10) | 2 comments For me it was Jim Butcher's Codex Alera series first and then The Dresden Files. Kim Harrison is a favorite too.

Cloey.k (cloeyk) Kim Harrison's Dead Witch Walking and a new Nook did it for me. I was reading mysteries every now and then but after I got a Nook and the Free Friday Dead Witch Walking I have been hooked on UF

Mackenzie | 7 comments I can't remember which I read first - Jim Butcher's Storm Front or Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews. I am still enjoying the Kate Daniels series, but I think Harry Dresden will always have a special place in my heart - I love the Dresden Files!
