What are you reading now?

What about read book 1 of each series and then decide?
I'm all over the place with my reading but right now

Didn't you just love it. And Rachel I felt like a proud mama whose baby just decided to grow up while reading about Rachel's development. What was your favorite part?

Oh you are in for it now! Those are some fun books with, as my cousin puts it, cliffhangers from hell! :) I just started

Which basically means that I don't know what to read yet. Lol. :)

Oh yeah. I better not touch the rest of the books or I'm stuck. But it was good to reread the first one. Got my Barrons fix.

Yeah actually... kind of :D
I'm pretty sure I'll love dark lover.

I love Tamora Pierce's books!

Currently reading (and loving) another YA:

@ Estelle, I have read Beyond the Highland Mist, and didn't really like it... It was too much like an historical romance for my taste. There is some super natural aspect too it. Although if you haven't read Karen Marie Moning's Fever series, I highly recommend it. The Fever series is in my top 5 favorite U.F. series.

The Fever series is my top favorite too, that's why I wanted to try the Highlander series with the first one. Not sure I will like it but I only intend to read the first before starting a new series.
I still haven't read the Mortal instruments and First grave on the right. It may be one of those!

Stick with Unholy Ghosts it's quite edgey but if you can get past the drug used it's a really good series! I really like Chess and half the time I was rolling my eyes at the situations that she get's herself in!

I'm currently listening to on audiobook. I kind of don't want it to finish cos I hate having to wait another year for more Sookie!

Carleny,
Dead Witch Walking is mainly worth reading for the character introductions. Second and later books are better.
Harrison improves steadily through the series, and her heroine gets bit-by-bit less angsty while going through several romances and kind-of romances.
Just my opinion, natcherly.

How do you like the series? I haven't started yet.

It's a lot like The Hunger Games, only for adults. So far, I think it's fantastic! :D

I've read the first 2 so far and I really like them too! They are not too YA for my taste I think it's because they are not based around a school!

Oh good book...I happened upon Hunter's Guild books after they were recommended to me by [i forget who]and I love them didn't think I would but I do!!!

Yea I understand. But I love the fact that I haven't read anything like this, as of yet. lol

If the author is Benedict Jacka (who's book I've been meaning to check out) I heard that Jim Butcher gave him thumb ups and that they are new friends. Here's the link:

I'm trying this book out. The first book was god awful. I had people telling me to just be patient and read the first two books. So I started this one and this book is actually good.
