Jack (Pernicious) | 1 comments Was wondering what opinions are about this venture into the gaming market, this is not a first as clive Barker has two possibly more games for console that I know of , and thinking about it whom better to have lead us through a "game world" than an author who creates these worlds for us.
But now is this going to somehow spoil the mystery of the books or let us delve deeper into these worlds that we love so much and make them out own?

It all depends on how they do it. If they were trying to make a video game based on the story of the books, it would definitely ruin the story. But according to the site, they are setting the game before the events in the books. I think it could work, but I see many, many ways in which they could still wreck the story, like if they just focused on the combat, and ignored the politics of the books.

Jane (StupidLIttleGenius) | 11 comments Yeah, it's going to be really interesting to see how they tackle this one. The whole concept would make a great game in the right hands, but in other hands it might totally wreck it. I'm crossing my fingers it's good!
