How to request a book to be added to Goodreads

Additional tips:
Please DO
* Have patience. There are a lot of requests coming in, and our Goodreads Librarians are working through them as quickly as they can.
* Keep in mind: Goodreads Librarians are volunteers, and they are required to follow our policies to maintain their status. If they ask for clarification, say they are unable to use a particular source, or even tell you an item cannot be added -- they are simply trying to follow policy.
* Avoid bumping your thread(s) too often. We usually say at least 1-2 days, but with the current number of pending requests, try to wait at least a couple weeks before bumping.
* Add (done) or (completed) or other similar words to your thread's title when your request has been completed. It helps our Librarians sort through the ones that still need their attention. Similarly, if your thread seems to have been overlooked after several days, you can add (open) or (incomplete) to its thread title.
* When requesting addition of a translated edition, include links to the original work (or other already existing editions) on Goodreads. This will help Librarians to combine the translation with its parent-work.
Please DO NOT
* Post the same request more than once. It is confusing, and may actually make a request less likely to be completed. Please post each request just once. Duplicate threads will be deleted.
* Use this group to provide feedback on the changes. Please use the Contact Us page if you have concerns about the recent policy changes.

This topic has been frozen by the moderator. No new comments can be posted.
Note: Audible audio and Kindle digital editions can no longer be added by Librarians and will be automatically imported from the Amazon catalog. See this announcement.
Please do not piggy-back on existing discussions as Librarians are not expected to respond to multiple posts in a discussion thread. When posting a new thread, please also request a single book add in that thread (unless requesting multiple editions of the same book, or books in a single series). Back-and-forth posts can be confusing and when a new request is added to an existing thread, it is less likely to be seen.
The following information is required when requesting a book be added:
* Title:
* Author(s) name(s):
* ISBN (or ASIN):
* Publisher:
* Publication Date Year:
* Publication Date Month:
* Publication Date Day:
* Page count:
* Format (such as paperback, hardcover, ebook, audiobook, etc):
* Description:
* Language (for non-English books):
* Link to book page which includes the cover and other books data on a NON-BOOKSELLER site, such as a publisher site, an author site, etc. Publishers who sell their own published books are an acceptable source. For covers, if linking to a site such as Imgur, Dropbox, etc. please state the original source of the image. No B&N or other bookseller links can be used as sources for covers or other book data, with the exception of Amazon and its subsidiaries.
For more details about what sources we can use for covers and other book data, please see: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...
* Don't forget to checkmark Notify me when people comment on your discussion page to be notified if a Librarian needs additional info and/or when =your request has been completed
