tho I cried a lot throughout
the historical period is one I knew little about, other than Gone with the Wind, but more focused on the native genocide
started songspinners, a fantasy on universal themes



Struggling with Simulations: anybody read it? Slow going with all the necessary rereadings.
Almost finished Sacred Time and the Search for Meaningand resisting the temptation to gallop through these last pages.
Started Songdogs byColum McCann. Especially for a first novel, its wonderful.
