Wow, I may have asked this before, but what are you studying? I usually only have to read 5+ for school.(Of course that might change as I am thinking about studying literature for education.)
Ah, that explains it. I took Latin in high school, it was fun. Do you read much that's written in Latin?

I always wonder how much got lost in translation when I'm reading a book that was originally published in another language.
Even the Harry Potter series. I'm American and I know the British versions are really different(Even though it's not really a different language.) I'd love to read them sometime, but I'll have to special order them. The same goes for a lot of British books; I wish the publishers would just leave them alone, it's part of the fun of reading something that takes place in another country.

That's really cool. We had to read part of the Aeneid(I think) for my Latin class in high school, but it's amazing how quickly it just sort of leaks out of your head.'Use it or lose it'. - But I still remember that "e pluribus unum" is from a poem about making a salad. Ha!(that tidbit was worth 4 years. :)
I took German this year, and I'm trying to decide whether to continue with it, or maybe to start taking Latin again.(But neither helps me at all with my major, I just enjoy it.)

I'm up to 14/50 now. Only 7 books behind. Yay! I feel so accomplished. :p

Ahead of schedule, nice work. :)

As long as you also spend the time healing. Feel better soon. :) I've been reading a lot lately too, but I am very slow...I'm one of those people who reads every word, and then I start thinking about what I'm reading and it takes even longer. It makes it more fun though.

Not silly - awesome. That would be kind of neat to have around when you're rereading a book. You could see what you thought the first time. :)
21/50 and 6 books behind. :O)
I hit my goal. I am 112/100. I ended up with a lot of time on my hands and started reading a book at work for my breaks and a different one at home so at any given time I might have several books going at different places.
I am at 10/50. I spend a lot of time reading, but I'm super slow so I tried to set a realistic goal.....at my current pace I'm nine books behind. :)
