Welcome to the Shard.

I see you've finally made your choice. Took you long enough. Now, considering you follow our rules, I won't have to brutally murder you. Then again, there are no promises that one of your fellow clan members won't do that job for me. It's a dark and brutal world out there, one where lack of food and sleep can drive a man to insanity. But you've made a good choice if you're looking for protection from the Immanus.

Here, you have to work for your share. You get lazy, you die. If you have any sense of morality, then you might want to run while our backs are turned - but remember, we don't look too fondly on those who try running.

Murder is the daily activity. Brutal fights to the death with other clan members in order to protect our food supplies and weaponry, and perhaps to gain some of theirs. We were born fighters and scavengers in this tribe; keep what you see as personal close to you and don't piss anyone off. Maybe you'll survive until morning.

If you're still looking to take your place among the shard members, you have our distrust for the first few weeks. Prove yourself and perhaps you'll become part of the inner circle. Or maybe I'll end up the one cutting your tongue out for betrayal. That's your fate to decide.

Hair Color: Dark brown, with a few lighter brown streaks. It's usually very wavy, and can hang in his eyes from time to time.
Eye Color: Green, a lightish, clear, blue green that might look nice, if he wasn't so intimidating.

Personality:
Colt has always been the solitary type. He was never very good at personal relationships, and always had a cold side to him. He's been blunt with his feelings most of his life, and never had a stable relationship with a person. Ever since he was a child, he's always been fairly self-absorbed. As he grew older, he became resentful of those who claimed they loved him, finding that they almost always left him. It turned him into a cruel and harsh person. He's been very confident in himself, however. His knowledge has made him arrogant. He considers himself to be far more powerful and charismatic than anyone under him. He takes pride in his leadership, and isn't afraid to act rashly or lash out. And now that the dark days have come upon them, he has no hesitation when it comes to killing people in cold blood.

History:
There are rumors about Colt and his past, none of them ever confirmed, many of them utterly ridiculous. Things like him fighting off the zombie like creatures with his bare hands, actually being a cannibal and living off the flesh of the weaker survivors before the Shard was created. Of course, they're untrue. He was merely a quiet and brooding teenager when the end of the world came around, just about to turn twenty. The older brother of Ivy, a shy blonde who disappeared after the end of the world. He still holds out hope that he can find his baby sister, convinced she's alive.

Specialties:
-> Leading, and generally intimidating those who are beneath him. How do you think he came to be the leader of the clan? He was ruthless, fighting and threatening death to those who were challenging him.
-> Being unattached. He can kill any person in a single second without regret. He has no intentions of committing to a relationship. Sure, he might see a girl here or there on the side, he's human after all, but caring about someone? Actually caring? No. That's not going to be happening for him.. Unless someone can change his mind, which is doubtful.
->Scavenging. He's pretty handy with finding what he needs and fixing them if needed. He's actually pretty handy with building and reassembling weapons. Currently, the pistol that is forever by his side and under his pillow is one that he reassembled himself, polished and brand new.

Appearance:
Elektra is taller than the average girl, slim, but with the solid build of a warrior. Dark red hair with orange highlights falls lightly upon a tanned face dusted with freckles. Beneath her yellow-green eyes on her right cheek is a small, vertical silver scar. She has never explained where she got it from. She wears two small earrings in her right ear and one in her left. She has a smooth, clear voice and speaks in a very controlled manner. There is a small tattoo on the right side of her neck, a pattern of three lines horizontally intersecting a vertical one. The same symbol graces each of her weapons.

Personality: Though not necessarily an introverted person, Elektra keeps mostly to herself. When she interacts with others it is in a very impersonal way, and she never reveals personal details about herself. She is a great liar, and has a remarkable knack for keeping track of all the little details of her of 'stories'. She thrives under pressure, in high-stress situations where her ability to remain cool and collected is pushed to the extreme. Elektra loves mind games. But even more than she loves messing with people's minds to get what she wants, is finding the rare person who can play these games with her, at the same level.

History: Elektra was born into an odd family, on a cold wintery night twenty-five years ago. Her mother, always the eccentric one, named her Elektra in sequence after her older siblings August (brother), Bethaene (sister), Chandra (sister), and Draco (brother). Her mother was an artist, and her father was a doctor, and both struggled to understand the teenage Elektra. At the time, she was experimenting with 'love' and psychology. Everywhere she went, she left a string of broken hearts and minds in her wake. It was as her parents said upon multiple occasions, she was just too smart for her own good. In a way, it was a relief for them when she ran off when she was nineteen, leaving them no note or any explanation of where she was going. At least she was out of their hair. When she left home, Elektra dropped out of college and joined the military. She joined the military intelligence and spent three happy years doing such, until the world ended and civilization fell spart.

Specialties: Fighting, metalworking, and manipulation.

Actually, it's quite good. Nice and detailed. I'm sure I'll think of something when you actually use her in the roleplay--that's when I go from just reading the information to analysing it--but for now it looks great!

Now, if someone was trying to kidnap/rape/murder me, I'd best the crap out of them so hard the lawyers would have a hard time discerning who the real victim was. (:

Done... I have learned a long time ago that most people can have no conscience. So one who has enough of one to not hurt people is quite attractive. I've hurt many people without a second thought. There is no honor in hurting people. It is just a waste of time, energy, and resources.
