Greg Gustin I see it as a kindle book but alas I use an iPad or Sony reader to read and am not a Kindle user.

A.L. Butcher If you get the kindle app I believe you can get it on Ipad. Someone I know just got it for his Iphone.

If not it is now available as a paperback on Amazon or lulu.com
