I dont know why I am the way I am. It kinda just happened over night. At first im happy and bouncy and bubbly and dont care wat ppl think of me. The I mkve and I feel like even my friends arent my friends. I was so paranoid I made one of my friends parents ban them from me. All because I was paranoid. And feeling helpless and depressed. Now im as low as I can get. Hurting. And having no reasons why.

Well since you are so low, think of it as this, you can't go any lower as you are at the lowest, so the only way you can from here is up. You have nothing to loose yet everything to gain.

:D Everyone's families have different morals and rules, and unless you live the lives of others, you don't know what they go through. From what I'm hearing from you, they seem strict over small things.

Exactly and u cant be a psychologist unless you have a degree or acutually know the person more than through the internet. Well for most things. Depression all you really gotta do is be there for the person.
