Also, why do some authors feel the need to describe, in detail, what people are wearing? "A long sleeve black shirt, brown long skirt, black choker, brown lipstick, and a crystal bracelet". No one cares.

But I suppose it’s only natural to assume the inevitable can’t in fact happen to us. Isn’t that what humans do with death all the time? Set aside the only thing in life that’s actually guaranteed to happen. Determine to think about it
