also it’s surprisingly very very funny punctuated w moments that are more dark and sinister"

"this is a very intriguing read so far! there are changes in perspective and tense each chapter so it makes it a bit of a switching about when you read but it’s also a very interesting structural component that adds to the story!
my fav perspective rn is Levi’s bc it gives me very much horror vibes (dare I say.. Gothic? Australian Gothic? Fuck I LOVE Australian Gothic underrated as hell)"

it’s such an interesting story like you can’t help but love Dantes and be excited for his eventual revenge
ppl who kept recommending this novel bc they said it reminded them of Jason Todd I owe you my LIFE
