This book is a lot to wade through, but C.S. Lewis never fails to be delightful!

This has been a nice book to pick up during down time on sub jobs. Doesn't require much thought to read.

Too much of the miscommunication trope is never a good thing. Madison is driving me nuts.

I'm reading this one for a class, but I'm actually really enjoying it!

I'm taking my sweet time with this book, and enjoying every part of it!

While it certainly isn't the beloved classic that I adore, I'm pleasantly surprised so far! I'm not a huge fan of the narrator for the audiobook I'm using, but the library didn't exactly have options so we're making do.

Re-reading with an adult perspective of someone who knows LESS of what she wants to do then I did at fourteen! We will see what I think this time.

Everything is depressing

I loved this so much! Ruth's writing feels very real, and it bleeds Jesus on every page. It is exactly what you need when you are struggling to find contentment in your current season of life, or even just looking forward to other seasons more than this one.

So much to underline and reflect on in this book!
