Ruth Tearle Write.
Write to discover what to write.
Write for yourself first, before you share it with others.

Remember there are three distinct phases to writing a book.
Firstly writing without judgement. This is the creative phase of writing whatever comes into your mind.
Then there is the crafting and editing phase. Structuring your book so that it is interesting and easy to read.
Then there is the publishing and marketing phase.
Don't confuse the phases. When you are writing, just write.
Ruth Tearle It starts with a strong emotion. Anger. Fear. Frustration. I then think about what it would take to replace that emotion with something that makes me feel better. Inspired. Happy. Or filled with passion and energy.

Like "Innovate!, the employees guide to innovation." or "The CEO's guide to strategy." or "Organizational Development, how to choose the right intervention."
Ruth Tearle I am completing a book containing 10 practical interventions (or organizational development 'recipes') that a facilitator can use to build a team, or improve the performance of a team.
Ruth Tearle The question most consultants that I mentor in organizational development ask me is how do you know what is the right organizational development intervention for a client. This book answers that question.
