Writer's block is life's way of saying "stop writing for a while". We don't always listen to what our life is "telling" us, but we should listen and follow accordingly. When your mind and body needs a break, the worse thing you can do is to doggedly keep trying to force a book through, just because dollar signs, or a deadline, pressures you to do so. Creativity then suffers, and your readers will eventually see the lack of your creativity. Sometimes I wait an entire year before writing another book, just to relax my mind, collect interesting data that I may or may not use later, catch up on movies, or focus on growing another area in my life besides writing. Wisdom says to listen to yourself when your creativity is blocked. Step back. Hit the pause button. Give life a chance to change you. New growth within yourself jettisons inner confidence and new creativity. Your process of not writing, is just as important, and works later in tandem with, active writing.

Knowing the legacy your book leaves to posterity is an indescribably great feeling. The first book I ever wrote covers a story timeline of 3,500 years - the complete history of the Holy Bible, beginning with Moses (1,500 BC) all the way into present day through epics of time, cultures, and events. Whew boy! This book represents over 20 years of careful and thoughtful research. To me, the story of the Bible is a most worthy adventure benefiting every person's eternity. The best thing about being a writer is having eternal purpose for success. The purpose for any success I earn is to attract people to me, so that I can point them to Christ Jesus, the Salvation of humanity.

1) Don't allow the allurement of money to control the content what you write. Write only what comes from your heart that you think will benefit mankind, no matter if it makes you poor or rich.
2) Prepare solid content. The better you research your subject before writing a book, the greater benefit your book will have within the life of your reader. Substance over symbolism.
3) Continually grow as person to stay inspired. Use critical feedback as a mirror. See how you can mature a professional writer based on what others see in your authorship.

My next book project is Volume One within a series. Powerful research has extended throughout all 12 months of 2014. This will be a political facts book that connects the dots from where we are today in America back to political decisions made in the past. It may take me 6-12 months of writing in 2015. I seek to highlight both governmental nonsense, as well as heroism. The historic facts I share in this book should salivate "Ah ha" moments of big-picture understanding in the hopes of teaching us to learn from past mistakes, so that the USA forever remains the freest and greatest nation on planet earth. I MUST feel passionate about a topic to write on. For me, a full length book (70,000 words or more) is a 1 year commitment. Once I start, I do not stop, until it is finished. This soul-felt passion is what endures and carries me through to a book's conculsion during times of doubt, confusion, and just plain ole rough days. It starts with a truth I want to explore, define, or clarify. This is the soul of a book. Next are chapter segments that forms a skeleton for the book's topic structure. Research data, fun facts, history, humor, illustrations, all become meat content on the skeletal bones of a book. Proofreaders and editing are "personal trainers" that shape a book into peak fitness. Graphics and a classy book cover are cosmetic trappings that make a book more attractive on its exterior. This is an arduous yet rewarding journey that takes high commitment, boundless mental energy, and a real desire to serve humanity in a positive way.

"Failure Is Not The Final Chapter" is a personal growth book connecting potential, failure, recovery, to success - 4 Steps To Personal Growth Victory. It is book of encouragement. This is the definitive work of my life. As a transparent author, I share success principles after failure that I put into practice for myself, and wanted to share with others. Positive, uplifting, going deep, I share a brighter vision of what is possible for your life. See a more complete book description on my blog: http://www.finalexpensesuccess.com/blog. Truth is, if failure doesn't change you, nothing changes. A better career, better relationships, better income, a better life means only one thing - a better YOU. Never give up on yourself!
