There is only this moment which I am writing in
There is only this moment.
And in this moment where you are reading and which you are reading there is only you.
There is nothing else other than you in the moment.
Right here and now. And when you breathe. When you focus on your breath. You feel it.
And that is what we call meditation. In this moment you are you.
There is no moment without you as an action, as a breath, as a look, as a move.
There is no moment without your energy burning calories.
Therefore there is no moment without you being in that moment. There is no moment.
There is only you. Which means the moment is actually YOU here and now. You are the moment.
The moment is you. Your presence is your essence.
Close your eyes for that moment and discover yourself.
You may count it with seconds, minutes, or even hours.
But You can't escape it by giving it those names. Those are just words, seconds, minutes...
You are not words. You create the words. So there is no moment. There is just you.
Behind your physical body there is your energy. Your soul or your spirit, again.
Those are just words. And you are not words. You are not the tongue which speaks those words.

Behind the energy there is nothingness. no - thing - ness.
Again those are just words. There is no thing. There is no nothing, You are not a thing.
And if there is no thing. If there is nothing there. There is no there is. There is no there.

It is just words. You are beyond words. You are here and now but you are not able to describe it.
There is no you in the mirror. You are not your face. You are not the character you play every day. You can't explain yourself because there is nothing to explain.
You don't need to see yourself or explain yourself. You don't need description
You are everything and anything. You are everything and nothing. Again those are just words.

You are beyond words.

You are speaking through yourself because you are here and everywhere.
You are in every home and every country. You are in every planet and each universe.
You are a unit of organs. You are an action that creates the moment.

You are here and now. There is only you and You are everywhere!
