"There was just something about Favian and Cersei. Together or apart they both intrigued me and I loved their interactions. This is a pretty quick and easy read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. "

Of the elves I must say I love the shadow elf the most! This story was well worth the wait and as always the books in Elves of Eldarlan has a happy ending. " |

"It is a personality issue," Rathenridge muttered.

“He sounded far too eager, even for him. “What is wrong with it?”
Oris climbed the pen gate, launched himself from the top, and landed in the dirt of the aisle. “Why do you ask? What makes you think anything is wrong with it?”
He pulled an exaggerated grimace.
I laughed. “No farmer willingly hands over animals unless there is something wrong with them.”

“Fine. The wife hates the goat. I traded for it for the novelty of goat’s milk, but it ran dry three weeks later. It is an old, cranky nanny who loves climbing on the roof and eating the thatch when she isn’t in the kitchen garden wreaking havoc.” Oris groaned. “I promised the wife I would kill it soon, but I can’t bear to do it to the creature. It can’t help it if it’s bored.”

“In the land of Ingary where such things as seven-league boots and cloaks of invisibility really exist, it is quite a misfortune to be born the eldest of the three. Everyone knows you are the one who will fail first, and worst, if the three of you set out to seek your fortunes.”

“This book will prove the following ten facts:
1. A Goon is a being who melts into the foreground and sticks there.
2. Pigs have wings, making them hard to catch.
3. All power corrupts, but we need electricity.
4. When an irresistible force meets an immovable object, the result is a family fight.
5. Music does not always sooth the troubled beast.
6. An Englishman's home is his castle.
7. The female of the species is more deadly than the male.
8. One black eye deserves another.
9. Space is the final frontier, and so is the sewage farm.
10. It pays to increase your word power.”

Cool! :)

You liked Dentin so you will probably be glad to hear that he is the main character for the next book in the series. :) Tomas, Brielle, and Landry have all make appearances and I am not even halfway through yet. I am discovering that I really love writing sequels. :)

Who is your favorite male character of the two books?

*happy dance* I am so glad you are enjoying them. :)

I have a hard time summarizing my reading habits too. Though, I do prefer fiction to non-fiction...usually. :)

:) What kind of books do you enjoy reading?

Thank you for sending the request and you're welcome. :) What kind of books are you interested in reading?
