Do negative thoughts and words poison the mind and eat away at the very heart of every cell in your body?

According to metaphysicians,  H. Spencer Lewis and Max Heindel ,and  Neuroscientists, Newberg and Waldon, in their 2014,  yes is the answer.


Good News: All of them agree that we can change how we think through positive affirmations and other techniques for changing negative thoughts.



“It is a metaphysical fact that for each minute of time we spend in thoughts of unfavorable impressions, unkind criticism, or hate toward any person, there will be hours of physical and mental suffering as a reaction. …….. What do you think about these thoughts and beliefs?

As a psychic/medium for over 45 years I know how much people retain in their minds fears, hopes, past painful memories good times, things that haven't even happened -  leading to ill health, unhappiness and thus negative life experiences. 

I developed a mini workshop in contemplation of this quote - and there's much more in it about what happens to our all over health when thinking and speaking hurtful words, whether that be about the present (a real challenge, isn't it not to?); the future (will we survive this crazy times) and as well as the past hurts - the scenarios played over and over.

Many worldwide are going through hell with this epidemic disease. 

We all know of some (and maybe it's yourself) where fear and anxiety has taken over logic and reason - planning and caring.  Fear this worldwide illness will kill ourselves and/ our loved ones.

Fear gripes and overwhelms us. We become chained to panic believing its power is greater than our own, like the people in the Tarot's Devil Card. The Devil got me by the toe.

I think in part that's reasonable to fearfully worry about our vulnerability as humans, don't you?

But, does it help? The answer is , no.

Carry on.

How to turn that to a more reasonable way of dealing with the very stressful situation?
The sixth Tarot card The Lovers card is the mirror opposite of the 15th card The Devil (reduce 15 = 6) 

In the Lovers card the man looks at the woman, she at the angel.

What does this mean? It's has a few meanings but it truly is about Communication.

The  balance between the man (yang) the physical world's knowledge, education, worldly experiences and the woman's (yin) inner world of wisdom, feelings and intuition. She looks to the angel, Rafael. Angel of healing.

I LIKE TO SHARE MY PSYCHIC IMPRESSIONS EQUALY  I WANT THEM CONFIRMED.

Requirements: Can the person relate? Is the information valid? Do you have photos, records? But! beforehand  -tell me nothing.  Let me just do my work.

I always say, don't tell me anything until I give you my psychic impressions and this especially true for the paranormal investigations I do for The Haunted Bay Paranormal Investigations as seen on YouTube and Amazon Prime (The Haunted Bay).

Recently, with shelter-in-place my psychic mind needed some entertainment - yes, I enjoy testing my psychic impressions - so I asked another to find a place, a house where a person thinks their home is haunted.

The person wanting the investigation must have historical information to confirm what I'll pick up.

I would do this remotely.

And one was found.

I investigated a historical San Francisco home built in the late 1800s.

From the first day the woman resident went to this home she was completely aware of negative energy in a particular area. We covered that and more.

The woman was not part of my interview and impressions until Part 3 of the  YouTube video. 

In Part 1 I gave my psychic impressions and Part 2 the interviewer gave me her feedback. How accurate was I? The interviewer, Jill, didn't have all the history or information thus the resident's feedback was necessary.
