I'm R. Cooper, a somewhat absentminded, often distracted, writer of queer romance. I'm probably most known for the Being(s) in Love series and The Suitable 'Verse stories. Also the occasional story about witches or firefighters in love.

Things are, well, not great here in America at the moment. Obviously. Things are about to get very tough, or tougher, for a lot of us. It sucks. It sucks a lot. But that doesn't mean there is nothing to be done.

R. answered Wabash's question: Could “The boy and His Dragon” be read as a standalone or should I start from book 1 for the story to make sense? When it first came out, I don't think most readers knew it was connected to the first story at all. So reading it on its own should be fine.
