Lord of Darkness is in Stores!

Lord of Darkness is in stores now and I hope you've got your copy. When you do, will you do me a favor and post a review of what you thought of the book on Amazon or Goodreads or both? Apparently, the publishers quite like that sort of thing and since I'm up for contract, well...it can't hurt. ;-)

Meanwhile, you might want to check out the latest installment of my online prologue to Lord of Darkness , I've added Her Grace to the Imaginary Dogs on my Extras page, and finally, the St. John family tree has been added to the Families page in my Maiden Lane pages.

If you're on Facebook, be sure to enter my iPad mini contest!

Last, but far from least, Duke of Midnight is already available for preorder on Kindle. Stay tuned until October. ;-)

Enjoy!

I need your opinion...

October 15th is when Duke of Midnight officially hits the stores--or your ereader.

It’s well known that the more reviews on Amazon, the more new readers see a book. Obviously I’d like to have as many readers as possible be aware of my books--that’s why I write after all: so readers can enjoy my books. But I hate simply asking for readers like you to post reviews without offering something in return. So here’s an idea I had: what if I offered a free epilogue from one of the Maiden Lane books when Duke of Midnight reaches one hundred reviews on Amazon? What do you think? Would you be interested in posting a review for me? What book epilogue would you like to read? I’d really like your input on this--after all you are the reader and what you think is the important thing. You can tell me your thoughts on my Facebook page, on Twitter, on Goodreads, or you can email me directly.

Meanwhile, I have several contests going on both Facebook and Twitter. On Twitter I’m giving away a $100 Barnes & Noble gift card when I reach 10,000 followers. On Facebook, I’ve teamed up with Madeline Hunter, Teresa Medeiros, Kristan Higgins, and Rachel Gibson to give away a book bundle through October, with a grand prize of a Kindle Paperwhite. Just follow me on Twitter or ‘like’ my Facebook page to enter--and if you’re a follower already, you’re automatically entered!

Enjoy!

The Votes Are In!

I've promised to post a free online epilogue when my just released book, Duke of Midnight , reaches 100 reviews on Amazon. In the meantime, I asked for input from readers on which Maiden Lane book you'd like an epilogue for...and now the results are in!

Charming Mickey O'Connor and Silence's book, Scandalous Desires was far and away the winner!

Coming in pretty evenly in second place were Winter and Isabel in Thief of Shadows , and Maximus and Artemis in Duke of Midnight .

There were votes for every book in the Maiden Lane series and a small, but quite vocal minority wanted an epilogue for all the books with appearances by all the main couples. Hmm...well, you know Christmas is coming up and if you're very, very good perhaps a small gift can be arranged. ;-)

In the meantime, I just noticed that Duke of Midnight has 74 reviews on Amazon in only the first week of release! I have two thoughts on this:

1. Thank you to everyone who took the time to post a review on Amazon, Goodreads or the book place of your choice! I'm very, very grateful for the support from all of my readers.

and,

2. Meep! I'd better get writing that epilogue. ;-)

Enjoy!

WOOT!

We're over 100 reviews for Duke of Midnight on Amazon!!! Thank you to everyone who posted a review--although it does mean I'm spending my Sunday furiously finishing up that epilogue for Scandalous Desires . Seriously, you guys, I really didn't think we'd get to 100 this fast.

So here's a thought: I have an idea for a Maiden Lane "Christmas Special" epilogue. Would you all be interested if I posted it when we get to 200 reviews on Amazon? Do you think that's doable by X'mas? What do you think?

Oh, and THANK YOU again! I love my readers!!!

All New Maiden Lane Books!

I have some wonderful news to share: I'll soon be contracted for my next three Maiden Lane books! Darling Beast , Apollo's book, will be out Fall 2014.
