Snowballs: Winter Fun on the Slopes Hi, I won this book from Goodreads.com towards the end of January. I was very much looking forward to reading it whilst there was still snow on the ground. However, my copy has still not arrived. I did notify Goodreads via the "I have not received my copy" button, but I am still waiting and do not know what to do next. Perhaps you can help, please?

I had no idea (or at least no memory - I'm a terrible scatter brain!) that Goodreads had offered my book as part of a giveaway - and checking my author dashboard, it's not something I've set up, and then forgotten... which was my first 'oh no!' thought when I received your query! My publisher might have sanctioned it... Anyway - I'm so sorry that you've been let down by them and it's so annoying now that the snow has gone!
