Snowballs: Winter Fun on the Slopes Hi, I won this book from Goodreads.com towards the end of January. I was very much looking forward to reading it whilst there was still snow on the ground. However, my copy has still not arrived. I did notify Goodreads via the "I have not received my copy" button, but I am still waiting and do not know what to do next. Perhaps you can help, please?

Thanks so much for your patience - and for contacting me. I had no idea (or at least no memory - I'm a terrible scatter brain!) that Goodreads had offered my book as part of a giveaway - and checking my author dashboard, it's not something I've set up, and then forgotten... which was my first 'oh no!' thought when I received your query! My publisher might have sanctioned it... Anyway - I'm so sorry that you've been let down by them and it's so annoying now that the snow has gone!
If you don't hear any more from Goodreads, then let me know your postal address and I'll pop one of my personal copies in the post to you - as a thank you for your patience and apology on behalf of Goodreads!!
