I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and now a California transplant. This is my first book, and it actually came through me in a short period of time, after I lost everything in a Fire.

I chose a career in western medicine as I was well equipped on how to play things safe, sticking with the more "acceptable" route in medicine. My souls longing to awaken, has pretty much dictated the course of my journey. I chose to study a variety of other healing modalities, energy medicine being one of them. Then after adding in the 5 Elements of Chinese medicine everything started to shift in the way I saw and interpreted the physical and emotional imbalances in the body.
