It allows you to declutter your brain. To speak to the world w/o inhibition. You have a great sense of achievement when you finish your first book. That said, I'm still nervously waiting feedback and having read some harsh reviews of other others, the elation may be short lived. So far, the worst thing about being an author is crossing the finish line and thatthere are only two people to greet you. Although it is pretty cool that one is a German and one is an Australian. The best thing for me as a writer WOULD be, that I could inspire people who find themselves in a similar place. My nirvana would be, for Readers enjoy the book so much, they can' put it down.(less)
