I'm Number 1!
Ok, so as many of you know, Miael: The Couturier is now and has been in the Top 100 Free of Amazon in multiple categories in multiple countries since November/Decemberish of 2020.
However, what many of you may NOT know is that the little freebie that could is actually #1 in English Dark Fantasy in France! Not only that, I happen to have THE ONLY TITLE in the Top 100 Free in English Dark Fantasy in France ! (laughing hard)
Yes, really!
I can not make this stuff up folks: https://www.amazon.fr/gp/bestsellers/...
One free quick read to rule them all!
Yay me!
It's also #8 in free Gothic Romances and #17 in free Historical Fiction in France at the moment.
Not only that, but Miael: Lovers's bastard kid brother is also killing it in:
U.S.: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MYCZNBQ#...
UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08MYCZNB...
Germany: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08M...
Italy: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B08M...
Spain: https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B08M...
Canada: https://www.amazon.ca/Couturier-Lover...
Which just blows my mind.
If you scroll down the page to Product Details, you can see the three categories in which it is ranked the highest (though it is on the Top 100 Free in other categories as well).
Thank you freebie loving fan people!
As a thank you (and as I'm apparently never going to make more than bill money as a writer) I've decided to go back to my old prices. Effective now on all platforms thru March 2021.
Cheers!

Speculative Fiction Showcase
Happy 2022!
As 2021 wound up, I did an interview with Speculative Fiction Showcase - the 1st one I've done in quite a while. For those of you who don't know, Speculative Fiction Showcase is a blog dedicated to....showcasing speculative fiction. (wink).
What is Speculative Fiction? According to their masthead and William D. Richards: "Speculative Fiction—an all-encompassing genre created to describe stories of science fiction, fantasy, alternate history, and other stories that have an element of “What if...” in them. A story in speculative fiction is one that adds an element of the unreal, or asks, what would become of our society if history took a different direction at some important event? Fiction with a little something extra thrown in."
In short, this encompasses everything I've published to date with the exception of the Rebellion Books and the soon to be published Sedition:
.
You can read my interview here: https://indiespecfic.blogspot.com/202...

Also, a quick thank you to August Farrow, the multi-talented visual art...essa and photographer of all trades for the lovely banner work included in the article (as well as on my Amazon detail pages and my Author updates).
For those of you wondering: Yes, she does have more wildlife photobooks from her travels for 2020 and 2021; however, as Amazon has switched over from .mobi to .epub, that's a whole new learning curve for her.
She's aiming to find a work around by Spring 2022 at the latest.
Her other works are still available and in Kindle Unlimited for anyone interested in checking them out.
Cheers!
