1. This learning takes a step towards understanding the constitution of a human entity, under the knowledge drawn from Modern sciences & Ancient Indian Wisdom. The apparent limited human entity is factually encompassed with an enormity in real terms that extend from biological to mental & at spiritual dimension.

The elaboration upon this knowledge opens up the expansive human potential unexplored under the compulsions of a limited understanding and comprehension by common people. The eye opening enormity in the human potential; leaves no room for counting upon excuses; for abstention from dispensation of necessary obligations. Subjects like ‘stress’ acquire a re look at the ends of the same individual that has so far considered even an infinitesimal shortfall, assignable to death like pain. 2. With some clarity gathered upon the factual constituents of the Human entity, then furthers an insight to unearth the primal purpose before any Human life upon this planet. After discovering an understanding, that judiciously establishes itself as the ‘mission‘ before human life upon this sojourn; Then enables one place all obligations/roles in one’s life to their proper place & perspective. Everything then appears to start falling in one line serving the ‘One primal objective’ (mission before a human life) of human existence known and understood as ‘our life’… my life & your life as well… Life unravels its inextricable entanglement from work life to personal life.

3. Under the light of drawn from the immutable parameters gathered from the above mentioned understanding; one is then asked to sight, examine, analyze and ascertain the extent of one’s contribution in fulfillment of one’s necessary obligations falling under vital verticals of life. All boundaries-compartments then appear obliterating-dissipated. Every intent, thought, expression & action is a sailing towards a fresh morph… willingly intended & executed by the same subject through dispensations at professional or familial ends.

4. One gathers ability to re size the inflated self & is able to question and compare one’s true ability with required quality of performance; in comparison with the facts of one’s actual actionable extents along with quality of excellence afforded at one’s workplace or elsewhere. None except the one oneself can remold one’s individuality.

This learning weaves professional and personal individuality into an inextricable entanglement; wherein, any lapse results in total loss from the primal purpose ( mission before human life ) of one’s existence in form of a ‘human life’. This learning impresses one to dare self and give an extension to one’s quantitative and qualitative dispensations at workplace and elsewhere.

I have experienced a deep insightful probe into the eyes of my participants… i have observed them leave in absolute inward silence that i conclude on account of merely two reason; either they dislike entire deliberation or they are experiencing a slide into a deeper self. Dinesh kumar

‘Immutable Echoes’ from an unknown past that illuminate an insight exclusively submerged into ‘action & dichotomy'; interpreted in the modern context of a complexity ridden professional; are the ‘karmic principles for Professionals’. They do not insist (karmic principles) of their compliance, instead give a beam of wisdom to judge & examine one’s perceptions towards situations, subjects & peoples in life.

It is true that dispensation of necessary obligations (expectancy shouldered) in today’s environs unnecessarily accrues to unavoidable stress, conflict, dissuasion & at times an element of ‘guilt’ within professionals. The accumulation of these unnoticeable & unseen impacts, later reflect in several forms of changes at physical and physiological ends. The changes deciphered by such impacts alter our behavioral patterns, state of mind & physical imbalances.

The corrective remedy to unleash enormous latent potential within and undoing of the accumulated venomous impacts of past lies in an illumination upon the ascertainment of the appropriateness of one’s perceptions towards life and its related subjects, people & situations.

Remember, all that is involved in making up of one’s mind towards different subjects, situations & people; irrespective of an instantaneous or a prolonged thinking, ultimately drives one’s acts. Actions lead to reactions… and reactions cast their impact within and without of a human’s entirety. Appropriate ascertainment at one’s insight not only enable release of appropriate actions but at the same time they (appropriate ascertainment at one’s insight) protect one’s state of mind from any kind of venomous impel generating at any end… especially in the light of discomforting harsh decisions mandated by certain situations.

How can harmony & joy prevail within a being while assigning 100 percent energies to achieve objectives while charting through insurmountable pressures. How can one restore towards primal fulcrum of deep gratification through accomplishment of personal and professional life. How can one contribute to situations and objectives of one’s inner ecstasy; even while working with tough people bent upon the pursuit of adversarial benchmarks. How should one examine one’s own self in the light of immutable facts of human existence manifested to cherish some specific objective. This and much more counts as a learning for any professional mind under the wisdom of Karmic Principles.

I have taught this subject since last 3 years to several middle and senior level management officers. Quite recently a cognitive exercise book has been authored my this teacher in order to serve the optimum learning of Karmic Principles. Now i conduct 2 day intensive learning program upon the aforesaid subject.

I Teach That

This small link atop shall take you to a presentation that talks about my activities in light of knowledge, experience and locations about what, where and how I conduct my programs. Although I conduct hundreds of program each year in the form of day workshops, dedicated series of lectures, keynote address, motivational lectures and knowledge retreats… but the utmost pleasure I derive is by teaching through Knowledge Retreats that are conducted at outside Locations like Rishikesh (at the banks of Ganges).

So far hundreds and hundreds of  senior corporate professionals have been participants to my Knowledge retreats. The immense learning, peace and inner resolution that they all project through their feed back forms gives me more than the sought remuneration. Almost all… participants develop a bonding that has lasted since last several years. I specially insist participants that in case they are entitled for an independent room, in that case they should accompany with their spouses (and I make it very clear to them that I shall not charge any single penny for the participation of their spouse). My primary intent to insist the participation of their spouse is on a count that my subject of teaching covers the depths of an individuality. The depths of any individuality has an inextricable aspect of the contribution of a Life partner… therefore the presence of the life partner in such an invigorating workshop enables the duo (without any utterance) correct, clarify and resolve for several aspects of life that generally remain in a hiding and yet contribute to disharmony in relationship.

If you view the lines of the last paragraph even from a harsh and crude aspect of professional excellence and human productivity… the impact of a life partner directly acts as an invisible agent to one’s work potential in terms of quality and quantity. Starting for office with acrimony or receiving an unpleasant call during day or receiving a deadly blow on return at home that devastates the entire night… shall unavoidably cause great damage to the working of one’s brain. And the output of a human is the product of brain activity.

Henceforth the accompaniment in the form of a couple to my professional knowledge retreats gives my the joy of a motherhood… in the capacity that acts as a Teacher. 

The subjects I teach manage the awareness of a human being. Technology, strategy, procedures, marketing, administrations, business development, leadership, procurement and human resource management etc are subjects handled by the awareness ambit of a human being. The crude, disembarked and dis harmonized awareness shall act weird in all the above mentioned capacities; whereas an aligned awareness with harmony and clarity shall dispense justice to all learning. Deepest Dreams, reinforce a belief within us, that we are humans, except humans, no one in the entire animate/inanimate kingdom can experience Deep Desires. I also understand it in another way, that WHEN the creator of this entire cosmos, also known as the cosmic intelligence, wants our individuality to stretch beyond our present stature/scope of an ordinary human; then he bestows us with some Deepest Dreams/Deep Desires.

Deepest Dreams appear to us as our Deepest Desires, they become our driving force and then they seek their realization through our available potentials. Interestingly, these deepest desires hold a mighty power… a power that can extend our existing abilities to the extents of improbability (simply beyond our imagination). If you look around yourselves toward those, that have accomplished objectives beyond imagination; Then you shall realize that their improbable inner power was an outcome of their endeavors/struggle towards their Deepest Desires.

Our Deepest Desires can extricate one’s latent potential, from the unknown depths of our existence. A Deepest Desire can transform you into an enormity, which is not possible to achieve through any other ordinary means/exercise. In simple words, the enormous potential that lies in a dormant state within all humans… is released through the process of realization of a Deepest Desire. Belittled inner endurance of all kinds, prevalent in ordinary people, can scale to unimaginable heights… while relentlessly endeavoring upon Deepest Desires.

The main subject to understand; How does it all Happen? & Can I also accomplish the same ?

The answer to both the above questions are there in this book. In any way few lines here should be able to convey some knowledge about the main subject of this book.
