I Teach That…
This small link atop shall take you to a presentation that talks about my activities in light of knowledge, experience and locations about what, where and how I conduct my programs. Although I conduct hundreds of program each year in the form of day workshops, dedicated series of lectures, keynote address, motivational lectures and knowledge retreats… but the utmost pleasure I derive is by teaching through Knowledge Retreats that are conducted at outside Locations like Rishikesh (at the banks of Ganges).
So far hundreds and hundreds of senior corporate professionals have been participants to my Knowledge retreats. The immense learning, peace and inner resolution that they all project through their feed back forms gives me more than the sought remuneration. Almost all… participants develop a bonding that has lasted since last several years. I specially insist participants that in case they are entitled for an independent room, in that case they should accompany with their spouses (and I make it very clear to them that I shall not charge any single penny for the participation of their spouse). My primary intent to insist the participation of their spouse is on a count that my subject of teaching covers the depths of an individuality. The depths of any individuality has an inextricable aspect of the contribution of a Life partner… therefore the presence of the life partner in such an invigorating workshop enables the duo (without any utterance) correct, clarify and resolve for several aspects of life that generally remain in a hiding and yet contribute to disharmony in relationship.
If you view the lines of the last paragraph even from a harsh and crude aspect of professional excellence and human productivity… the impact of a life partner directly acts as an invisible agent to one’s work potential in terms of quality and quantity. Starting for office with acrimony or receiving an unpleasant call during day or receiving a deadly blow on return at home that devastates the entire night… shall unavoidably cause great damage to the working of one’s brain. And the output of a human is the product of brain activity.
Henceforth the accompaniment in the form of a couple to my professional knowledge retreats gives my the joy of a motherhood… in the capacity that acts as a Teacher.
The subjects I teach manage the awareness of a human being. Technology, strategy, procedures, marketing, administrations, business development, leadership, procurement and human resource management etc are subjects handled by the awareness ambit of a human being. The crude, disembarked and dis harmonized awareness shall act weird in all the above mentioned capacities; whereas an aligned awareness with harmony and clarity shall dispense justice to all learning.
