Insta-Love
My thoughts on the idea of "Insta-Love":
I believe in it. I don't think it happens often, but I do think it happens. This is based on my interactions with hundreds of elderly couples who have been married 50-60 years. In 25 years of nursing, I've come across many who state that they "knew" within a very short time (weeks to a few months), that their spouse was the right person for them and after five or six decades together, they still act like newlyweds.
I don't believe this kind of love is based on lust or even physical attraction. I think it's much deeper. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but for those of you who have read my books (especially book 2-Designed to Love), you will understand the basis for my ideas.
I welcome any thoughts, opinions or stories from my readers on the matter.
