The problem most people face, in my opinion, is that they do not fully implement the teachings into their lives. They are inspired for only a short period of time before returning to old habits. Change requires effort. It requires breaking destructive habits to create constructive ones. It requires being someone we are not to achieve a higher result. Once we realize that, our lives will never be the same again!
