The third Blades of the Rose book is set in the Canadian Rockies, a place of raw, powerful beauty, full of myth, legends and danger. I wasn't able to travel to this magnificent place, but I did get as close as I could. My husband and I visited Whitefish and Glacier National Park in Montana, which is part of the same mountain chain as the Canadian Rockies.
The scenery was spectacular and incredibly inspiring. When reading about Astrid and Nathan's adventures in the wilderness, picture scenes like these, and you'll be transported--just like I was.
