This week I had the absolute pleasure of attending the American Booksellers Association Winter Institute in Memphis, TN! Alongside my fellow Scholastic authors Andrea Davis Pinkney and Brian Pinkney, Kheryn Callender, Brian Selznick, and Sayantani DasGupta, I was given the opportunity to present AND SHE WAS to a huge room filled with independent booksellers from across the United States.
