Since my last post many weeks ago, I dove deep into a fixer-upper home we purchased located on a spectacular ridge with expansive views of sea level rising. One of those rare lifetime moments when a home finds you. This home DYI renovation endeavour, along with the birth of our precious first grandchild, is my excuse for being tardy and tired.

A nice holiday break in the remodelling action has been a wonderful pause to reflect on what is most important in life. A place to call home is high on the list. Being connected to family and friends and sharing time is of great importance. Love and Peace must be the global chart topper.

In a few days I'll be picking up the tools again and getting back to work on our home improvement reality show. Very excited to get moved in and to pursue other creative goals for the New Year!
